The historic two story brick Livery Stable features classic 19th century architecture. Originally a full service livery stable and riding academy the Gaston Livery Stable served the “Winter Colony” of Old Aiken by providing pick up and delivery service to the train station on Park Avenue currently in restoration planning. The two story structure offers approximately 12,000 sq. ft. with the original “carriage elevator”, original stalls and three modest loft apartments.
