4 story main block w/3 story wings; rear additions have 3 stories; quoins utilized to divide building between wings; brick end entrance w/Doric Columned surround; entablature w/dentils on main block; rondeles in main block parapet wall; water table and belt course between 3rd & 4th floors.

Historical Information:
Aiken County Hospital rebuilt in 1935 to replace earlier hospital on this site, which occupies sire of Eustis Park, donated to the city by Miss Celestine Eustis. Replaced by a new hospital in 1976, building now used as County offices.
