Historical Information:
On site of Park Avenue Hotel, "the first tourist hotel in Aiken," building faces location of earl passenger depot. The hotel burned about 1896, and rebuilding began soon after. This building was constructed about 1910, between two larger stores, and in 1918 housed a café and a tailor. In 1925 a furniture repair shop was in the building_x000D_ with a small rear structure housing an auto repair shop (moved from 268?)
