2-story stuccoed brick building; stucco has deteriorated in places exposing brick; 1-story porch on front w/flat roof of standing seam metal; porch roof supported by brick pillars (narrower at top); frieze around porch roof features decorative sawtooth trim & pierced wooden trim below frieze; facade lower story has bay "AABAA" w/segmented arched door and window openings; windows are full-length w/2/2 lights; entrance is by double doors w/round-arched windows above and 2 rectangular panels below; flanking entrance is 3-light sidelights & 4-light transom; screen doors cover panel & glass doors; beaded paneling makes up porch ceiling; upper facade has stepped parapet w/same bay configuration, windows, and door; 3 attic vents in parapet; right elevation features three 4/4 light windows both stories w/flat arches w/radiating voussoirs; belt course separate floors; brick exterior is exposed on both sides & rear; building is L-shaped w/wing to rear; rear features some 2/2 lights & some 6/6 light windows; (some panes missing); beltcourse separates stories; left elevation is similar to right elevation (some stucco still remains on left); ext. wall is about 18" thick w/interior walls about 12" thick.
