2-story; rectangular, brick laid in stretcher bond; hip roof facade has 2-story central protruding pavilion w/pedimented gable and 1-story portico which is supported by 4 doric columns & 2 pilasters; portico is topped w/a wrought iron railing; all 1st story windows are arched casement windows which have arched fanlights & segmental arch surrounds w/ keystone; all 2nd story windows are easement w/rectangular transom; 2nd story windows have soldier course above them; a cement water table runs around the building & brick quoins decorate building; front entrance has 2 single leaf doors w/rectangular panel & 12 lights above it; a fanlight above the door gives it an overall arched shape which is surrounded by a segmantal arch & keystones; left & right elevations have fenestration similar to facade; right elevation has 1-story portico w/2 doric columns & pilasters w/single entrance; rear elevation has similar fenestration, projecting pavilion, and a single entrance to the right.
