Signficant Architectural Features:
1-story; T-shaped; hipped roof; large central pedimented portico supported by 4 fluted wooden Ionic columns; pediment has circular solid recessed design and dentil molding; double door entrance w/single pane/single panel doors w/small dentil molding above and fanlight; flanking niches have arch radiating voussoirs w/keystone as does entrance; brick pilasters at rear corners of portico; high raised foundation stuccoed over w/water table; brick quoins at corners; decorative frieze around building; small 4/4 light window w/radiating flat arch and keystone in front T to each side; 2 sets of paired 4/4 light windows w/dentil molding and fanlight to each side; all rounded arches have recessed brick voussoirs (2-3 sets) and cement keystones; 4 openins to basement each side in foundation; central projecting gabled pavilion to rear w/2 small 6 light windows; to left side is single large door to basement; round louvered opening in gable; 1 interior flue; small coal chute to right rear.
