1-story rectangular-shaped concrete building (painted white); main core housing city hall features recessed panel in upper portion of facade w/single door topped by transom and covered by storm door; door is flanked by 4/2 light windows; exterior around door is scored to resemble blocks; right side of building houses fire department trucks and features 2 large garage doors; rear of building used to house jail (has been condemned) left elevation of building has three 6/3 light windows covered by metal awnings; same scoring effect between windows; also, 2 windows flanking entrance to jail (one is boarded, one has bars); awning also covers door & windows on facade; right elevation has three 6/3 light windows & 1 single door; scoring effect also between windows & door; rear elevation has 3 windows (1 boarded) & steps leading to basement entrance; scoring effect on rear also.
