3-story building constructed of molded concrete in several different shapes and textures - hipped roof, pediment with dentil course on facade; 1-story hipped roof porch across central projecting pavilion supported by Ionic columns set on low piers; simple balustrade; dentil course in cornice; double door entrance is centered, has rectangular headlight and sidelights; all windows are 2/2 topped by flat concrete lintel with radiating corner blocks and keystones; decorative details feature concrete water table; belt course separating 1st and 2nd stories; dentil course around cornice; concrete mold varies on each story; 1st story is rusticated; 2nd story scored block; 3rd story smooth; quoining effect on sides.
Alterations:
Side elevation porches removed; 1st story windows bricked up in rear ell.
