1-story; gable roof; projecting bay to left has front gable with 6/6 light window with louvered shutters and architrave surround; double leaf heavy carved entrance doors with sidelights, transom, and decorative screen door; flat-roof porch across remainder of front is supported by chamfered posts with sawnwork balustrade and brackets; horizontal flush paneling under porch; twin gables project from center and right of front slope of roof; all gables have bargeboard, cross pendant, and rectangular louvered vent; right side has similar gable with paired 6/6 light windows and louvered shutters; window surrounds vary; boxed cornice with returns and brackets; gable ell left rear has sawn brackets, 6/6 light windows; boxed cornice with returns; several shed roof additions to rear; gable to left rear of house has plain trim; 2 interior chimneys (1 with corbelled cap); 1 exterior flue.
