Signficant Architectural Features:

Contributing property of the proposed South Harper Street Historic District extension. One-story frame house with weatherboard exterior. There is an engaged entry porch on the right end of the main facade. There are three small six over six paned windows to the left of the main façade, and three large six over one paned windows at the center, and one six over one paned window at the right. There are three roof brackets in the front gable, and exposed rafter tails along the roof line. There are three interior chimneys.
