Located next to Martin's store. I-house shape with rear ell. Nine over six windows and windows on first floor are flanked by sidelights. Double front door with sidelights.Complex includes Sites 0263 and 0264.

Historical Information:
Built for James Wright Daniel, who also later built the commerce building next door. James Cooper Martin, who was one of the original investors in the store, later bought out Daniel and other investors, and also purchased this house. An inscription on a structural member of the house indicates that it was altered in 1840. An earlier road bed runs in front of the house and store; Indian Mound Rd. was altered 1940?.
