Signficant Architectural Features:

No alterations since listing in 1986. A two-story brick residence with scored stucco exterior. The cross gable roof has a boxed cornice. There are single, paired and arched tripartite windows. The recessed main entrance has double doors and a fan light. The main façade porch is supported by boxed wood columns.
