Signficant Architectural Features:

I-house form with two end chimneys. Thin sidelights flank all nine over nine windows on the façade. Federal molding surrounds the windows. Two outbuildings remain.

Alterations:

The foundation and front door have been recently changed, and vinyl siding has been added. According to the NRHP nomination from 1972, the porch and windows may also have been altered.

Historical Information:

According to the NRHP nomination, the construction date is 1838. However, a sign outside of the house currently states that the house dates from 1852. Built and still owned by a Sullivan in 1972.
