Signficant Architectural Features:
1 1/2 story frame residence; L-shaped plan w/ 1 story shed roof porch across facade; porch has turned piers w/ plain balustrade running between; left side of porch has a broad arched spindle frieze w/ central pendant; front projecting L is a gabled end w/ a large porch and diagonal flush board over which is applied a pattern of boards, horizontal, rectangular, and vertical; a central double window is in the midst of all this. A shed roof dormer is to left of this projecting gable. The house is sheathed in weatherboarding; window sash appears to be 2/2, roof is covered with green composition shingles, these are overlaid over an older covering of composition shingles; corrugated metal is under one part of this roof. The house is in a middle class neighborhood w/ the encroachment of commercial buildings from various sides.
