2-story rectangular brick commercial building; all stretcher bond; 1st story facade "ABA": A - round arched window openings w/ plate glass; B - round-arched door opening w/ modern plate glass doors and fanlight; pilasters are between bays; cornice w/ name separates 1st and 2nd story facades; 2nd story facade "AAA"; A - represents 1/1 light windows w/ flat arches; denticulated cornice on top of facade; above this are 3 recessed rectangular panels; right elevation is stuccoed w/ 2 round-arched plate glass windows (1 has blind light); 2 single door entrances and 1 12-light rectangular window on 1st story; 7 1/1 light windows w/ lugsills on 2nd story; all windows have keystones. Original use: Built as hotel, P.O. in 1889.
