1 story frame weatherboard residence w/ cross gable roof; projecting gable on facade w/ pedimented cornice; diamond-shaped window; bargeboard, beaded siding on diagonal; porch on facade continues around L side elevation, has turned posts, brackets and spandrels; Balustrade missing. Foundation is brick pier, infilled w/ concrete blocks. Entrance is single leaf, one light, accented with turned trim that mimics columns on porch; panel at bottom of door has inscised wheat design; shuttered windows have 2/2 lights; panes missing from some; roof is asphalt shingle; one exterior chimney.
