1-story brick building, rectangular 3-bay facade; central bay has entry, recessed under segmental brick arch w/ springers; entry and steps are new; side bays have 9-light fixed windows under segmental brick arches; brick pilasters divide bays; 4 attic vents in cornice; corbeled parapet w/ central part raised into a brick pediment; 3-bay side elevation w/ central warehouse door, flanked by small high-placed windows w/ segmental brick arches over all openings; stepped parapet; other side is 3-bay without fenestration; rear has 3 bays, central warehouse door; brick is common bond, every 6th course bonding; flush joints; part of interior adapted as offices; rear is still used as warehouse/storage, w/ wood-framed roof intact.
