large 2 story brick building in 3 parts ABC; 2nd story of all 3 sections same - 3 1/1 windows in each section w/ sills and a flat arch surround of voussoirs and keystone; recessed rectangular panels in parapet; ornate cast iron cornice across A and B of dentil molding; block modillions; w/ a decorative bracket w/ trefoil on left end; 1st story facades - A and B alike - quoined wall pilasters; recessed double door entrances w/ display windows multi-light transom across entire facades of A and B; portion of C has quioned wall w/ double door entrance w/ semi-circular transom and radiating voussoirs and keystone; remainder of C facade has been totally modernized w/ brick and panel; molded metal cornice between stories.
Alterations:
C portion altered on 1st story and no cornice on 2nd story.
