3-part, 12-bay; 2 story brick building; 1st story left part has recessed entry w/ flanking glass display windows; display windows have wooden frames and panels; iron pilasters from Athens foundry and machine works, Athens, Georgia; upper floor brick, common bond, pilasters, 4 windows 1/1 w/ segmental brick arches and stone springing; 4 arched attic vents above; Center: recessed entry and display windows, as at left; 4 windows on 2nd story have semicircular brick arches; right portion: 1st story open to parking w/ brick corner pillar; wood-framed garage doors and windows behind; 2nd story has 4 windows w/ segmental brick arches; cornice across entire facade has console modillions and metal gutter; brick parapet above cornice; side elevations: 3 parts, delineated by brick pilasters; cornices, irregular fenestration; rear is 12 bays; 2 garage doors.
Alterations:
Restored w/ Archives grant; recessed open area, 1st floor; right side of facade was probably enclosed office or commercial space originally.
