2-story brick building (common bond); most of facade is stuccoed and scored to resemble concrete blocks; hipped roof w/ wide eaves; windows 6/6 light; those on facade (1st story) have metal grid over them; single door entrance; awning over 1st story facade; shed roof frame addition on right elevation; left elevation has single door entrance w/ segmental arch on 1st story and stairway leading to 2nd story entrance.
