2-story brick building w/ tiled mansard-type roof; 1st story divided into 2 sections; on left double width opening originally for fire engines (now boarded up); on right entrance recessed beside plate-glass window; both entrances topped by 7-light transom, dentil course; building is 2 bays w/ 3 brick pilasters topped by ball finials; 2nd story of each section has 2 6/6 windows above a beltcourse, topped by concrete keystone; egg-and-dart molding on cornice of building, recessed brick panel beneath cornice.
