2-story weatherboard exterior residence; hipped roof; monumental pedimented portico with brackets in pediment supported by 4 massive stuccoed square posts; Bay ABCBA: A-6/6 light windows with bracketed hoods; B- 6/9 light full length windows; C-recessed entrance with pilastered architrave, dentil molding and bullseye motif transom and sidelights; all windows have louvered shutters and bracketed hoods; bracketed entablature above recessed entrance; 2nd story facade entrance onto balcony with balustrade supported by very large brackets with pendants; entrance (2nd story) covered by louvered doors has bracketed entablature; pilastered architrave, transom and sidelights; 1st story entrance is single door, also covered by louvered doors; pilasters between each bay on facade; brackets under eaves of house; 1-story hipped roof porches on both story elevations with diamond design balustrade and posts; 2 interior chimneys with caps; gabled 1-story wing to rear with standing seam metal roof and 6/6 light windows.
