1-story frame weatherboard residence; roof is cross gable with hipped central portion; gable ends on facade are pedimented as are those on side and rear; 1 story shed roof porch wing across facade and around 1 side elevation; corner is clipped off diagonally, has turned posts and turned balustrade; extreme left corner of elevation (facing Magazine Street) has bay; windows are all 2/2 lights; entrance on Magazine Street side has single leaf door, 1 light with decorative frame, 2-paned transom; entrance on Marshall Court side is single leaf, 2/2 lights; foundation is enclosed brick piers; 3 interior chimneys; roof is pressed metal shingles.
