1 1/2 story frame weatherboard residence; cross gable roof w/ boxed cornices and returns; elevation facing Magazine Street has gable end w/ peaked vent; a gable roofed portico has been added directly beneath gable end making a recessed porch; roof supported by four plain posts; two entrances on this elevation are Frence doors; 15 lights each; windows are 6/6 lights throughout; Secession Avenue elevation (original facade) is gable ended; 1 story, hip roofed porch is supported by 4 paneled posts and plain balustrade; siding on this elevation is board and batten, which is echoed in porch ceilings; entrance is single leaf w/6 panes glass above four wooden panels; 4 paned transom; gable on this elevation has small 6/6 light window; 2 interior chimneys; enclosed brick pier foundation.
