2 1/2 story; weatherboard; hipped; 2 interior chimneys; 1-story porch w/ hipped roof supported by columns w/ Ionic scamozzi capitals; porch extends across facade and wraps right side; balustrade - simple wooden post; plain entablature porch w/ modillion cornice which is repeated under the roof around cornice; house seems to be divided into apartments because 2 entrances; main entrance centered w/ 2 light glass transom; smaller entrance to the left identical to first; 2/2 light windows w/ louvered shutters; 3rd door angled right side of porch identical to other two; 2nd story tripartite window in center flanked by 2/2 light windows w/ louvered shutters; large galbed dormer on center roof line w/ palladian window; modillion cornice has returns; octagonal one story bay w/ decorated bargeboard w/ flat roof and 2/2 light window.
