2-story commercial building, flat roof, cornice consists of 2 rows of corbels topped by concrete entablature; 2nd story facade AAAA - windows are 2/2 with curbed, bracketed metal hoods and concrete lug sills; rectangular building plan; 1st story has been altered; features 2 recessed entrances and plate glass windows; modern metal awning; recessed panels over each entrance; right elevation features 1 door at rear of building with corbelled hood; flanked by 2/2 windows; 2nd story has 10 2/2 windows with curved, bracketed hoods; corbelled cornice; left entrance original.
