Signficant Architectural Features:

2-story commercial building presently divided into 2 stores; cornice of each store features brick pediment above dentil course and projecting row of bricks; 2nd story contains 8 windows set w/ in recessed brick panels; Land's has four 6 paneled shuttered windows; Bolen's has 4 2/2 windows; all feature segmental single arch of bricks; 1st and 2nd story facades separated by projecting denticulated cornice with entablature; on 1st story Land's retains recessed double door entrance flanked by modern plate glass; Bolen's has entirely new entrance and window area; the entrances of the 2 stores are separated by a singled paneled door with transom probably leading to 2nd story.
