2-story stuccoed brick commercial building; projecting hooded cornice w/ 2 large decorative brackets; dentil course; 2nd story facade has 3 2/2 windows, and 2 large applied "key" (?) shaped panels; windows have projecting lugsills w/ curved brackets, beltcourse; between 1st and 2nd stories is a row of 3 large recessed double panels; 1st story has double entrance w/ large transom, flanked by 2/2 windows, pilasters separate the 1st story bays; beltcourse between 1st story and shell motifs; windows are set high above ground w/ recessed panels below, and molded concrete at foundation level; the bank extends to the left to take in a 1-story narrow addition, which has a blind facade w/ denticulated cornice.
