Basic plan rectangular with two annexes/five-story front section 31 feet in plan with 8 bays/three-story auditorium section behind/barrel shaped crescent truss roof/brick perimeter walls with horizontal bond beams/ornate bracketed and roof cornice.;First exposition facility for textile machinery and products in the Southeast, used as Greenville's early civic auditorium and major city landmark. ;5 story brick masonry - Two spaced stone beltcourses between first and second floors. Tile roof overhang below stepped parapet. Overhand supported by prominent brackets. Stone beltcourse below 5th floor.;Demolished.
