3 story brick masonry bldg. - Raised first story with bound sheathed terra cotta molding around entryway and windows. Stone beltcourse between first and second floor, egg and dart molding beneath. 2nd and 3rd stories have attached Ionic columns. Terra cotta bound, sheathed molding around windows. Decorative terra cotta with wreath motif in spandrels. Frieze above 3rd story. Cornice possesses egg and dart modling, modillions, and bead and real decoration. Rear portion has 7 stories with same cornice.
