Historical Information:
The Greek Revival style house built by Dr. Thomas Williams, a prominent Greenville physician and landowner. He also served in state legislature. In 1880, land containing the house, Ivy Lawn, was sold to Richard Harrison Earle, farmer, who was the grandson of Col. Elias Earle.
