Signficant Architectural Features:
2 story frame. Victorian cottage - Raised porch is wraparound and has turned posts and balustrade, decorative bracketing and a spindled frieze. Pediment square porch with scalloped shingling and decorative barge board. Central doorway is of oak and doorway is double leaf, and has paneled sidelights and a transom. Both possess 1 rectangular light surrounded by multi-colored lights. Gable on facade has rounded arched window framed with wooden rope design. Pediment above with heavy ornamentation. Scalloped shingles and decorative tongue and groove above. Gibb windows on facade.
