Signficant Architectural Features:

This two story brick building on a raised basement has a hipped roof topped with an eight-sided cupola. There are two monumental porticoes (one facing Union Street and the other facing S. Church Street) supported by Roman Doric columns with rosettes in the capitals. The entablature has dentil molding, tryglyphs, metopes and mutules. The tympana of the porticoes each have a roundel window with multiple keystones. The windows are stained glass arranged as one over one sash with arched tops in the body of the building and monumental windows in the porticoes. There are two story brick additions to the rear.
