Signficant Architectural Features:

This two story brick and stucco building was designed by Charles Wilson in 1923. Windows on both floors have been partially enclosed with storm windows. There are quoins at the corners and string courses between the floors. First floor windows were outlined with segmental arches with keystones. There are keystones over the second floor windows. There is a cornice below the parapet.
