Signficant Architectural Features:

This two story brick building is one of the oldest buildings in the commerce district. Its first floor façade is obscured by plate glass windows and 'field stone' facing. The upper floor is hidden by a faux Mansard awning. Side window openings have segmental arches. There is a mural on the Railroad Avenue side.
