Historical Information:
The house at 23 Parkwood is believed to have been built by W. C. Wilbur & Co. before they sold the lot to Louis M. Copleston in September 1917. By 1918, Louis and his wife, Ruth, moved into the house at 23 Parkwood from their home at 89 Society St. The Coplestons made their home on Parkwood until 1942.
