Historical Information:
The house at 163 Moultrie was apparently built by W. S. Lanneau as a duplex for rental property. Various people lived in the house over the years. In 1951, the Lanneaus sold the house to Horace G. Adams. Mr. Adams continued the use of the house as rental property. Isaiah Smith, Sr. bought the house in 1968 and he and his wife, Mary, changed the house into a single family home and still live there today.
