The Lowndes Grove servant quarters is a 1920s-era, 1 ½ story, stucco building with a front and east slope stucco chimneys. The roof has open eaves with exposed rafter ends and three front hipped wall dormers with 4/4 windows, and side hipped dormers. The building also has a bracketed entry porch; 3-light casement windows; and a glazed entry door on the north façade.
