Large textile mill building. Masonry and heavy timber frame construction. Building features Italinate references such as segmental arch windows, arched bays, openings, and doorways, and two Italiante towers accentuated with arches, pilasters, moldings, and pyramidal roofs. A one-story gate house, also featuring arches, is located in front of the mill.
