Signficant Architectural Features:
Commercial. Number 200 King Street is one of the oldest buildings left standing on King Street. The building probably dates from 1806 when it was built by Lawrence Benson. Today the building is distinguished by a handsome Victorian front with ornate denticulated cornice and Victorian eyebrows above the second level windows. The facade is of scored stucco made to simulate slate.
