Signficant Architectural Features:
The house is built on a modified single house plan and the Adam influence predominates throughout. The house is three stories and in brick, Flemish bond, brick dentil cornice, and belting between levels. The piazzas and pedimented entrance repeat the delicate treatment of the period. The 2nd tier of the piazza has graceful segmental arches between its columns. Repeated in the projecting bays are the delicate brackets that are in evidence in the piazza cornice.
