Signficant Architectural Features:
Built by Honore Monpoey, the house contains features of several different periods of architecture. House sits back from street with a front garden and wall. The roof cornice and piazzas are not situated like those in other houses of the early 19th century period. Once being a single house, the house was doubled in size at the turn of the century. Interior is late 19th century with the Colonial Revival influence except for the Victorian staircase.
