Signficant Architectural Features:

Probably built by the Bennett family, the house is of simple Late Adam. Exterior is bevel-edged black cypress clapboard with 2 story veranda. Except for swag cornices and some handsome wainscoting, there is no attempt at having a dressed up interior.
