Signficant Architectural Features:

Small pyramidal roof steeple. Windows 12/12 DHS crowned by triangular 4-lite fixed windows. Two entries on façade with double wooden doors. Oldest visible gravestones in cemetery has a date of 1892. Decorative wood work in side pedimented gable.

Alterations:

Rear hipped addition is probably historic (c.1950) - concrete block foundation, 6/6 DHS windows. Small concrete block storage room added on rear (modern).
