Signficant Architectural Features:

Full transom on door, 6/6 DHS windows. Three rooms wide all part of original house. Symmetrical façade. Central hall plan. Originally had log piers for foundation. Original part of house is three rooms wide.

Alterations:

Modern siding, a modern wraparound porch, and some modern replacement windows. Two exterior brick chimneys. Modern rear elevation done in 1977. Sun porch added in 1988.

Historical Information:

c.1860 Old Campbell House. Been in the family since 1934. Former farm house plantation.
