Signficant Architectural Features:
Central Hall with well preserved details. Porch has chamfered posts, fretwork, milled balustrade, and a shed roof canopy over stoop and steps. Carved door surround with transom, and sidelights, glass and wood panel door. Molded rafter tails, interior chimneys. Rear ell, gable roof, porch with chamfered posts. Set on rise surround by pines and magnolias. Upright chimneys - great condition. Side porch also with entry roof canopy supported by chamfered posts. Nicely molded door surrounds.

Replacement windows with appropriate lights.
