Large commercial structure divided into two unequal parts. 2/3 of building is open plan, remaining area uses as storefront. Flat façade with inset parapet panels and decorative brickwork on parapet providing a crenelated effect. Oversize arched opening and panel doors flanked by 2 DHS 6/6 arched windows on north end. Recessed entry and plate glass. On southern end mortar recessed on façade, glazed and unglazed brick used. Common bond (5/1). Side and rear have brick slots for venting.

Alterations:

New roofline; gable with slope. Storefront, display, entry, possibly added; new brick work under display area.

Historical Information:

Older residents refer to this property as a livery stable and store. The north half housed the livery stable then a car dealership. The south side housed a hardware store.
