Signficant Architectural Features:
Cast iron columns on either side of recessed entry. Common bond (6/1) with glazed bricks used in alternate courses. Parapet has bricks aligned in columns and multiple string courses. A band of fixed windows across façade above entry which has large fixed sidelights and is oversized. Arched windows and doors on rear and side elevations. Door with transom. Slots in building at ground level for drainage.
Alterations:
Upper floor destroyed in fire. Display area covered with wood panes and modern windows. Replacement windows on rear and side.
Historical Information:
Building first used as a town hall or auditorium. Upper story destroyed in a fire at an unknown date. Building renovated for use as a single story commercial building. Marble stone on rear wall "J.W.
