Signficant Architectural Features:
I-house with Greek Revival details: entry porch less than full height supported by double wood columns, with door surround with side lights and transom. Rear ell historic with chamfered wood supports on side porch. Exterior brick chimney on North elevation. Shed roof screened porch with chamfered posts on South elevation.
Sided, original porch removed, two small additions on rear and ell. (Shed roof, frame) circa 1940, 1 gable roof addtion c.1940. On North elevation gable roof, frame, circa 1960.
Current owner dated building to 1898.
