Four large vehicle bay doors, all windows are two-over-two metal casement with a six-over-six metal overlay. Six windows on east elevation, nine on rear elevation, and two windows on west elevation. Brick chimney stack.
Alterations:
Holes cut in east elevation wall for two air conditioning units.
Historical Information:
17 March 1949 authorization to organize separate detachment, headquarters and service company, 122d Engineer Combat Battalion. October 1951, unit moved into garage type armory.
